Established in FY 2020–21, GLS Aluminium is a state-of-the-art manufacturer of high-quality aluminium foils for flexible packaging, aseptic packaging, pharma, EV batteries and capacitors among others. Our advanced mills produce 5.3–50 micron foils up to 2020 mm width with precision and consistency. We hold leading global certifications including BRCGS, GMP, FDA, ISO, and full REACH/MSDS compliance. As ASI members with a Silver EcoVadis rating, we prioritize sustainability and transparent CO₂ reporting. We deliver reliable, world-class foil solutions built on technology and trust.

ULG / LG

GLS Aluminium’s ULG (Ultra Light Gauge) and LG (Light Gauge) foils are precision-rolled for flexible packaging. With excellent formability and barrier performance, they integrate seamlessly into downstream lamination, coating, and high-speed conversion, making them ideal for lightweight, sustainable packaging.

Battery Grade Foil

GLS Aluminium’s battery-grade foil is engineered for lithium-ion and energy storage applications, offering high conductivity, uniform thickness, and excellent surface quality. Designed for optimal compatibility with slurry coating processes, it contributes to stable performance in EVs, ESS units, and portable electronics.

Capacitor Foil

Our beer neck foil combines decorative appeal with functional protection, offering excellent formability and a smooth surface finish. It serves as a high-quality base for further lacquering and printing. Ideal for branding and hygiene sealing of beverage bottles.
